To support polyester Yarn production, we have also paper tubes plant, we make different kind of DTY tubes and POY tubes.
The paper tubes are used in yarn winding and spinning mills. The excess products are offered mainly to textile industries.
DTY and POY tubes are made of Kraft paper and adhesives. To make any tube first we make tube according inner diameter and thickness
then we re-cut it according to length. In this way open-end tubes are prepared. To make DTY tube after this process we have to use
bend nosing machine. To make DTY tube we use poster paper and parchment paper on outer side according to requirement of costumer.
We are using latest technology based machine to make best quality product.
We have our own laboratory setup to measure inner diameter, thickness, outer diameter and compressive strength of any kind of tube.
