DTY
Polyester POY that has been stretched, twisted and drawn with simultaneously or it undergoes further processing for dyeing, covering beaming or twisting. DTY yarn is mainly used in weaving & knitting of fabrics for making clothes, home furnishings, seat covers, bags and many other uses.

Technical properties of DTY yarn with different heating techniques can be used to make the yarn set for specific use, 1 (one) Heater DTY is normally woolly & more stretchable as compared to DTY with 2 (two) Heater.

DTY yarn can be made with several combinations of Intermingle or Interlaced points - it can be Non-Intermingle or Soft-Intermingle or High-Intermingle.

Polyester DTY yarn with the function of transporting sweat away from the skin to the outer layer of fabrics to keep you cool, dry and comfortable (Health-care fiber).

Cool and dry feeling cool dry is a special yarn with "+" type cross section with created a good water diffusion and drying ability, not only dries fast but also evaporates moisture quickly to maintain cool body temperature then avoid humid and sticky.

Applicated for Sports wear - Casual wear - Golf wear - Jacket - Shirt - Pants - Women underwear.
